Influencer Product Return Policy (North America)

1. Purpose:

This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for product returns by influencers participating in Inspire International's affiliated marketing program in North America, where purchases are made using their unique affiliate links.

1. Eligibility:

• This policy applies exclusively to influencers who have purchased products directly through their assigned affiliate links within the Inspire International system.
• The return request must be initiated within 15 days from the documented delivery date.
• The product must be in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
• Products marked as "final sale," "non-returnable," or "clearance" are excluded from this policy.
• Digital products, downloadable content, and gift cards are generally non-returnable.

1. Return Reasons:

Influencers may request a return for the following reasons:

• Defective or Damaged Product: The product arrived damaged or with manufacturing defects.
• Incorrect Product: The influencer received a product different from what was ordered.
• Product Dissatisfaction: The product did not meet the influencer's reasonable expectations, subject to the conditions outlined in section 2.
• Shipping Error: The company caused an error in the shipping process.

1. Return Procedure:

• Return Request: Influencers must submit a return request through the designated portal within the Inspire International affiliate dashboard or by contacting Customer Support Email: contact@inspireworldwide.com or via Phone at: 1-888-893-7496 or at 501.585.0029. 
• Request Information: The request must include:
• Order number.
• Product name and SKU.
• Reason for return.
• Clear photographs or videos demonstrating the issue (for damaged or defective products).
• Return Authorization: Upon approval, Inspire International will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
• Packaging and Shipping:
• The influencer is responsible for securely packaging the product to prevent damage during transit.
• The RMA number must be clearly marked on the return package.
• The influencer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect shipment, or company error.
• Inspire international will provide a pre-paid return label in cases where the company is at fault.
• Return Inspection: Upon receipt, Inspire International will inspect the returned product.
• Refund or Exchange:
• If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, or an exchange will be processed, as applicable.
• Refunds may be subject to deductions for any damage caused by the influencer.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

1. Return Shipping Costs:

• Inspire International will cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged products, incorrect shipments, or company errors.
• For returns due to product dissatisfaction, the influencer is responsible for return shipping costs.

1. Limitations:

• Inspire International reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
• Inspire International is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.
• Inspire international reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
• Inspire international will not accept returns of products that have been modified, misused, or damaged due to negligence.

1. Legal Considerations:

• This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws in North America.
• Inspire International's liability for any product-related issues is limited to the purchase price of the product.
• This policy does not affect the influencers rights granted by law.
